  I throughly enjoy working with everyone at the Honor Benton Harbor branch! I am always greeted with a smile and positive attitude. When employees enjoy where they work it certainly shines through and makes all the difference. I use Honor for my personal and business needs. After coming from a very corporate background where I previously worked with the largest banks in the US on a daily basis, it’s very beneficial to work with a smaller Credit Union such as Honor. They are hands down faster, more efficient and easier to deal with for banking needs.

  This branch has always been amazing. Ashley is who I always go to, she is the absolute best and is quick and so very helpful with anything I ever need! Highly recommended Honor Credit Union Benton Harbor

  I recently opened an account at Honor Credit Union and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with a business in a very long time. I'm not sure what happened to good customer service but I am grateful that Honor still believes in it!

  Andrew, and the Team at Honor credit are THE best folks to go to for all of your banking needs. You don't get much friendlier service, not afraid to take the time to fix any problems or concerns. Wish I would've started out with Honor Credit Union many years ago. Thank You Honor Credit!!! The ONLY banking choice for me and my Family 👪 ❤️

  I recently joined HCU closing all accounts with previous credit union with horrible customer service & overall lack of respect for members. So far HCU has been truly impressive and helpful. The willingness to go the extra mile and do all of the little things is amazing and shows they really do treat their members like family.

  Wish I could give a 0 star they have constantly screwed us over left and right. One week will do something and next say that it’s not in their policy. Can’t stand this bank and judging by the 62 comments on our Facebook post we aren’t the only ones.

  We are still smiling about how WONDERFUL our experience was with refinancing our auto loan. Tonya at the Benton Harbor location was incredibly efficient. She was knowledgeable and was able to walk us through the steps, from start to finish, the SAME DAY! THANK YOU HONORS CREDIT UNION for serving the people in our community with excellence!

  As coop user form Preferred federal credit I am very dissatisfied with the Benton Harbor branch of this credit union, they are un able to help me over he phone for a transaction that was either entered wrong or not at all. I cannot drive and can only get tot he Credit union on Saturdays and they will not let me in side on the only day i can get there as the lobby is not open and the only way according to the person I talked to on the phone is to go to the actual lobby when they are open. I do not understand why they cannot be open like any other credit union and bank form 9 to 12. but hey I guess that is the breaks> they either cannot help over the telephone or do not want to help

  I waited 18 minutes in the one open drive thru lane. The customer ahead of me was assisted, but when I pulled up with only a deposit, I was told the credit union was closed. I was offered to use the live automated ATM, who can almost do the same as the live person. 🤬 This branch is less customer friendly every time I try to use it.

Our team was facing technical difficulties with their drive-thru tubes yesterday afternoon. While our tellers weren't able to provide you assistance directly, our ATM Live Tellers are a secondary solution for several of our traditional needs, such as check cashing, making loan payments, and more.
