  Our salesman John was amazing! He made everything super clear and easy to understand. The finance manager Rob was also wonderful and very helpful. Everyone here is incredibly kind and helpful, I wholeheartedly recommend coming here.

  Chad Clark was a real one. Im not sure how many car salesman try to be buddy buddy with people they dont know just to make a sale, or seam ingenuine, but Chad is not one of them. Easiest person to talk to, he made everything easy and just overall made the car buying experience not seem like the norm. Knowledgable, and keeps great contact with you on their inventory.

  We went back three times trying to give them our business. The car we wanted was $1800 over budget. We asked to remove the extras on the car we ordered but they will not. I was told I needed to buy a cheaper car. No, I will go somewhere else.

  We have purchased 4 cars from Zach (and Lee) at Honda of Newnan. Lee and Zach helped us select the right cars for our needs. We will continue to purchase from Honda of Newnan because of sales people like Zach, always professional and very friendly. And since we own several Honda vehicles, we have used the service department too. I would give the service staff a 5 star rating as well.

  The gentleman handling my service did an excellent job. My van was entered for service right on time. I was told of additional problems I was not aware of. These problems were taken care of as well as the things I originally brought the van in for service. Overall, everything was done very smoothly and professionally.   Salesperson was personable. Very disappointed that I need to keep going back to the dealer. Paperwork (like the preinspection report) has my new CR-V vin number correct, but lists it as a 2021 Pilot! Was also given a Pilot warranty book & later was told they were out of CR-V Warranty books. Has to be ordered & sent to me. When paying big bucks for a vehicle (since I paid cash for the vehicle), I expect the Honda Dealer's team to have their act together a lot better.

  I recently bought a slightly used 2019 Honda Ridgeline with about 3,500 miles from Honda of Newnan. Riley Motter was the sales person. Riley was very patient. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Highly recommend Honda of Newnan and Riley Motter as your sales person.

  After dealing with a bunch of dealerships searching for cars we finally stubbled upon Jose Robles. He was really great- the car buying process is something no one likes to do but Jose was straight forward and made the process quick and painless. We live in Carrollton and drove all the way to Newnan just because of Jose and how respectful and courteous he was to the old lady. Thanks again, Jose. We will be seeing you again I'm sure.

  I had a poor experience with the service department. I wouldn’t buy a car from this dealer. I had a scheduled express oil service. Pulled in through garage, which was not busy. Nobody greeted me. Walked inside. Everybody avoiding eye contact and no greeting whatsoever. They didn’t care. Had to walk over to a desk to be helped and then stood there for a few seconds. Then was passed to somebody else. Asked to speak to a manager and the manager was out to lunch. Was told to wait 30 mins for mgr but nobody met me. “Express” oil change took over an hour. Most unwelcomjng service department that I have ever experienced. Go somewhere else for the excellent service and friendliness that Honda service centers are known for. I would not buy a car or service my car from this dealership based on my experience.
