  I cannot stop praising! USCCU got me an amazing rate for my used vehicle purchase, got me approved very quickly, and within a day I was funded and a check was already in the mail to complete my vehicle purchase. Jorge Cuevas at USCCU then took care of my GAP coverage as well.... During a stressful personal time, USCCU delivered impeccable service and got things done for me without any hassle on my part.

  Fast, efficient, and very responsive. Stephen helped my boyfriend and I with our car loan and personal loan. He was able to get everything handled and made sure it was done the way we wanted.   UPDATED REVIEW: Received help from Jorge Cuevas and he was responsive, professional, and quick to send over documentation! PREVIOUS REVIEW:The auto and insurance experience was flawless. Jennifer Lastra was responsive to my barrage of emails and phone calls. She was very patient in helping me get the best possible terms. Marcelo was helpful and flexible when it came to the insurance quote, even though I wasn't the most accessible at times due to work. He was friendly, patient, and professional. He knew his stuff and was also able to give me the best possible terms for an insurance rate. I'm grateful to the team at the Flower St. Branch for their dedication to helping this Trojan with his banking needs.   Joseph Cordova was outstanding in helping me through the a credit card tranfer process. He kept me updated on the process and was helpful with all of my questions. USC Credit Union has the best transfer in the market. Fight On!!!!
