  Sarah Walker of HomeXpress Mortgage did a wonderful job of helping us purchase a home—even when there were very specific and difficult issues to work though! Communication was clear and timely and we would recommend her and HomeXpress to anyone interested in purchasing a home who may be nervous about the process or may fear that they don’t qualify. We have a beautiful new home and Sarah was a HUGE part of making that dream a reality!

  I would highly recommend Sara Walker and HomeXpress. Sara was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had. She followed up constantly to make sure that the loan would go through smoothly. It was great that she was always upfront from the start. She did not overpromise and fall through like many other lenders. I will definitely work with this team again.

  We were looking for a HELOC or Home Equity Loan on our existing home to use those funds to secure another property. Poking around online, we submitted some general information and were immediately contacted by Carlos w/ HomeXpress. I found Carlos to be very knowledgeable, informative and highly professional. He walked us through every step of the process and was very responsive and clearly communicated our current status. We have secured the additional property as a result of the Team there at HomeXpress and will be using them again in the very near future. Would highly recommend.

  HORRIBLE company! They do not care when your purchase agreement expires and you do not hear from them until the day before you are suppose to close. The day of closing, this guy Phil tells us our paperwork is in line to be reviewed. Another day goes by, then another , then 9 more days and the whole time Phil just says you are in line. The only line he should be in is the unemployment line! Very frustrating when you do not hear when you can close. The buyer finally gave up and now I am out thousands of dollars. AFTER the buyer quit on us Phil now tells us we can close and now they want more money from us $1500 and another 1/2 % point. WHAT?! My next complaint will be with the state of California.

  10/10 would recommend Sarah Walker and HomeXpress mortgage to family and friends. Being mine and my fiancés first time purchasing a home Sarah was extremely patient and knowledgeable with us as we had many questions with terms we were unfamiliar with. She found the right loan and rate that fit our specific need.

  Unfortunately a terrible experience. We jumped through every hoop they asked for. (Which is kinda ridiculous the hoops they asked for). Told we had everything they need to process and then nothing, silence from them. Wasted 3 weeks of our time when we could’ve been with more qualified lenders. Just skip them and go to someone else.

  Absolutely criminals, follow your guidlines, which stated you gave loans to short term rentals then you changed your mind. You kidding. Absolutely unprofessional. This company should be under review.
