  Just before coming to Shawn for mortgage financing, we had a really bad experience with the mortgage department at a major, national bank. Three months after making an offer, the financing fell through at the last minute due to a botched appraisal. We were exhausted, emotionally spent and empty handed. We almost decided to stop following our dream of owning a small farm. Instead, we called Shawn Ireland on the Friday before a long holiday weekend. Shawn had come to us highly recommended by several of my wife's co-workers. Each had an amazing story to tell about Shawn's ability to get mortgage financing where others had failed. So, we called Shawn and told him about our previous experience and that we weren't ready to give up on finding the right place. Shawn encouraged us to file an online application over the weekend. So, on Sunday, we did. By Tuesday morning, Shawn had a preliminary approval that had already been through underwriting. Amazing! Within 10 days, we made an offer on a beautiful farm. Three weeks after the offer was accepted, we closed. From start to finish, our mortgage process was almost completely painless. Shawn told us what he could do and he did it. Even though we had a couple of bumps along the way, Shawn never flinched. Instead, he reassured us that he'd see us through closing. He did just that, always keeping us up-to-date on what was happening with our financing. Shawn lived up to his reputation. He was creative, thorough, fast, reliable and communicative. He helped to make our dream come true! Thanks, Shawn!

  Writing about ones employer is difficult. How does one say how thankful they are for a place, how much they enjoy working with a company, and not sounding sappy. I am so thankful for the BOE Mortgage Family, and Team. I have achieved so many goals while working here, even home ownership. If your are a new hire or a seasoned vet, this is the place to call home. Great support, great programs, and better leadership. Come for the programs, and stay for the Team.   Mrs. Lara Batey-Sanders is awesome. She is filled with so much knowledge and information. There was not a question I asked that she could not answer and explains it so that you understand it clearly. She makes you feel like you matter, superb customer relations.
