  This branch mysteriously closed the week of Nov. 9th. I am assuming it is due to COVID but it has been close for over a week now with only a sign saying "branch temporarily closed". No contact info for manager or anyone at that branch. I think this is scary for a bank to check out on customers like this. I had written a one star review but they made good and met me at the branch to take care of some business. They did me right and made this good.

  There are 5 spots to park by your door. 2 are handicap and 3 regular. Two of the employees were parked in the regular slots. That leaves 1 slot for non handicap customers. Your interior customer relationships and service are wonderful. Now think outside of your box.

  Super kind and helpful. Chase has always been great but this branch is a grade above. Jennifer helped me today. She not only knows her job but obviously cares! 5 stars

  Horrible customer service is what I experienced. I’ve been a long time customer and am really thinking of switching banks. The cashier Kayla was rude and started arguing with me about my ID, she had my bank card in her hand. Then I ask for a withdraw slip no pen... like seriously then some guy comes over doesn’t announce who he is and says “ can I help you?” Then he proceeds to argue with me again I have no idea who he is and when I ask for both peoples names he says Adam! I was given the wrong amount of money. I asked for 800.00 they gave me 1,000. What horrible customer service!! Get it together Stow branch!! Very, very disappointed!
