  Would highly recommend them for any of the services they provide. They handled the title search and title insurance for a real estate purchase for me. It was not an easy transaction because the seller and listing agent were basically not cooperative or helpful. Hometown Abstract stayed calm and patient throughout and changed the settlement statement several times! Would definitely use them again!

  They made the Closing process incredibly easy. They were great with communication. They were excellent with making sure I understood what I was signing. This is who you want to handle your Closing when you buy a home.

  We completed our purchase from the West Coast without any problems whatsoever. The people at Hometown Abstract and Real Estate Services were prompt in answering any questions we had and effective at using digital documents and tracking of the transaction so we were always informed and on top of things. At the closing they were friendly and effective in person as well. Great service!!!

  Great, comfortable closing. Andrew explained everything before we signed, everything was prepped and organized and went very smoothly. also leading up to our meeting, he was always open to questions. Great experience :)

  Beware of last minute changes with this group. Never offered any other solutions other than delaying closing. Very poor practice.
