  I highly raved about this bank! Their focus on human interaction just brings back good memories of the past. Special shout out to Joanna, she is the manager in this branch. All her staff are friendly and accommodating. Joanna helped us with our banking and HELOC. Because she is friendly, I felt comfortable with her as far as looking for a bank that can help us with our refinancing. She referred me to an equally professional person in their company. Even if their branch is far from where we live, we don't regret banking and doing business with them because they have an online portal anyway. Plus Joanna always takes that extra mile to help, even calling us directly on the phone.
