  I bought my first home through Homestead Funding and I couldn't be happier. Mrs. Maureen Grabowski handled the purchasing of my new home and I found her to be so honest and extremely considerate of my finances and time. She responded quickly to answer any and all of my questions and made sure I understood everything that was transpiring. Mrs. Grabowski took the fear and worrying out of this major investment of mine and turned it into a carefree and pleasant experience. I have absolutely no problem with recommending Maureen, (Homestead Funding Corporation) to my friends or anyone who is considering buying a new home. I found Maureen Grabowski to be a true professional and a vital asset to Homestead Funding. I consider myself very fortunate that Homestead Funding handled the buying of my home but more so for having met Mrs. Grabowski.

  The best in the business hands down!!! If you need a home call her. Doesn’t matter if it’s VA like mine or conventional, she is amazing at what she does and will make your home buying experience seamless! Highly recommend anyone looking for a home or refinance to do business with her!

  My experiences with Maureen Ginter -Grabowski at Homestead Funding have always been very positive. She has always listened to what my needs are and finds the best solution for my particular situation. She is always very responsive to me and works very hard to make the loan process as smooth as possible. I have revered her to many people. I think that a line says it all. I have a lot of confindence in the company and feel its always a good value.

  Our refinance mortgage was handled very efficiently and we were kept apprised of status regularly. Ms. Ginter Grabowski handled the process very smoothly and worked to identify the best mortgage product for us.
