  My family is so grateful for Flo. We came in under a highly stressful situation and not knowing anything about buying a home. She guided us through the process and made everything so much easier for us. Flo connected us with the best realtor, lawyers and inspectors for our situation. She was easily accessible and always got back to us quickly when we requested calculations for estimated costs of payment. Flo broke down information so that we could better understand and took the time to have phone sessions with us whenever we needed clarification. Submitting paperwork through the portal was easy too. We highly recommend working with Flo for purchasing a home. She is the best in the business!

  For many years we have used Homestead Funding to help with our financial needs. We have always worked with Flo Bouchard. Flo at Homestead Funding never disappoints. She always shows respect, professionalism, always has a smile in her voice and is always a pleasure to work with! Anytime we have had a question she always made herself quickly available to help us. Even when we were unsure of our finances, Flo always pushed to get us the help we needed and or wanted. We cannot say enough good about her!   Flo is the best. We have completed several new and refinanced mortgages together - I recommend her without hesitation. She is quick, comprehensive, responsive, and professional. Questions are always answered promptly and she provides stewardship throughout the process. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

  Flo helped me every step of the way to purchase my first home. She replied to honestly probably thousands of emails about home listings, mortgage prices and tax issues. I’m a nurse who works long ours and I’m not always available during business hours. That didn’t matter to Flo. She answered my calls and e-mails any time of day and weekends. She made the process as stress free as possible. Through email, using the mortgage iPhone app and phone call I was able to buy a home from the palm of my hand. I don’t think it could have been any simpler. She goes over every detail of the process with you and ever step of the paperwork. I would not use anyone else to purchase a home! I look forward to spending many wonderful years in my new home, which would not have been possible without Flo’s help! Save yourself some sanity is one of the most stressful process you’ll ever go though and let Flo help you with your home buying process!

  Flo was fantastic to work with! Helped us get a great rate for our perfect starter home and made everything easy on the way! Always there to answer my texts and calls (which were a lot) and kept us informed on everything going on from offer to close. I would DEFINITELY use homestead and especially Flo again.

The Service and Follow Through by Flo are above and beyond. She is always available to assist you. The loan process is somewhat lengthy and involved, Flo is there every step of the way to make the process flow easily and is Committed to Your Satisfaction. She is The Best at what she does.   Flo Yaaaay!!!! Just got my first house in Albany NY" Flo is such an amazing person to work with. Her communication skills is so great that you can't miss a thing, the loan process was supper fast, I feel so lucky meeting and working with Flo" she gave me alot of positive energy" making the hole process look easy.   Flo is professional and to the point. She knows what needs to be done and gets it done fast and efficiently. My husband and I had PMI on our mortgage and Flo helped us refinance and get rid of the PMI. The whole process took only a few weeks. She was quick to respond to an email and/or a phone call. I will keep her in mind for the next time.
