  I would like to take a second and brag a little about Rhonda Busby. Let me start off first by saying I am in my 40's and the opportunity of buying a house has never really presented itself. I spent a long time in the U.S. Army (now retired) and with constant relocating, a home purchase just wasn't possible. I have had numerous friends and family members that have purchased their homes and I have heard so many nightmares of how the process works that I was honestly scared to death to venture through this experience. I explained all of this to Rhonda on the very first call I placed to her making sure she understood I was extremely hesitant to go through this process. She stated she understood and she would walk me through the process step by step and not to worry. Well I am pleased to say she did exactly that. Never during the home buying process did I feel like I didn't know what was going on. Rhonda was kind, explained everything in great detail, returned calls or emails in a rather timely manner and over all just genuinely helpful. I am happy to say that thanks to Rhonda and her tireless work ethic, I am finally signing the paperwork on my first home purchase.
