  When I first bought my home I was talking with Trace but ended up using a friend of my brother. Trace was awesome to work with then and I could tell that he worked like a dog to get me the best rate then but I felt obligated to go with my other lender. I recently refinanced and immediately went to Trace and he was able to get me the best rate and was so easy to work with. He had the ability to take all the stress off of me and really help me out. I have recommended Trace to everyone I know. I wouldn't recommend anyone but him

  Trace Wilkinson was very good to work with. He gave me good information without hidden agendas, or just trying to make a sale. I felt like he was really working for me and my loan needs. I could have backed out at anytime I felt uncomfortable about how the loan was progressing. The closing costs were very minimal and in the end there were no suprises. I am really pleased with the loan I received and want to thank Trace for the hard work he did for me.

  Trace worked with my husband and I with our VA loan. He worked hard to get us the best rate possible which was 3.5%. We were so incredibly impressed! There is no need to refinance in the future because this rate is so amazing. He will forever be our mortage guy!
