  From the moment I contacted Jay and Jordan, my refinance process was super easy. Jordan walked me through the process from start to finish, and listed everything I would need to complete this. I went over a few scenarios about the refi, and Jordan took the time to explain the pros and cons of each one. He sent me a link so I could follow the process, and was very diligent in staying in touch with me and reassuring that everything is on track. He made sure I understood what was needed and why. Homequest Mortgage is a class organization and I will continue to use them in buying a new home or refinancing my current home. They truly care about making you happy.   I cannot express how amazing Jay and Marilyn are. We worked with them while my wife and I were getting a new build. It was an 8 month process. They were on top of it through out the whole thing while our home was being built. They made sure we were keeping records up to date so we would be good to go at closing.
