  The Best: Through the years I have refinanced properties with Homeowners Financial. Three times for me and one time for my daughter. Always, we have found Gary Blau and Mike Bonderson to be absolutely professional and honest; trying to get the best rates for us. They also have made a very complicated process as easy as possible through phone calls, emails and docu signing. I heartily recommend them to anyone who plans to refinance

  Chris and his Team are very responsive, efficient and professional. Chris has preformed at a superior level. I would recommend him and his team any time of the day. They are incredibly well informed and creative, so they always find the best rate possible for their clients. Having a mortgage broker who has the skills and experience AND shows genuine care in the purchasing your home (which can be very emotional) is a perfect recipe!   Right from the get-go, Chris was prompt and responsive to my requests and needs, by text, call, and email, never mind whether it was the evening or the weekend. He asked the right questions, requested the right documents, and very quickly delivered the required paperwork. That was all for pre-approval. Once we progressed to the actual loan application process, he and Jenny both worked with us a team, to explain areas where we needed clarification, and fast track the application. There's a lot of paperwork in buying a house (loan related and more), and Chris and Jenny made it go smoothly. I totally recommend them
