  In this very challenging market, we could not have had a better experience buying our first house. Tom and his team are very prompt, professional, and super informative, just what we needed! We opened escrow on the 6th and closed the 23rd a week before expected and right before Christmas. Even with a few unexpected hiccups along the way, they helped us overcome those obstacles with ease. Tom was able to provide answers for every question and concern we had, making it very easy for us to understand the processes of buying a home.

  Tom was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process. From getting the initial info to get the process started till the closing, everything went smooth.
