  Efficient, simple, and transparent in the details of the transaction. Conservative in estimates so that the customer (me) isn't blindsided by large costs and cash to closing, but then worked diligently to reduce it to the extent possible. I'd recommend working with them.

  You will never see God with your ayes but you can see him trough the people that he created. Nike Lemme went beyond my expectations he was extremely helpful and very professional.he was answering all my call and text on time and every questions I had he was always having the correct answers. He walked kindly with me trough the closing for my first house this January 13th 2022.He introduced me to Angela,Mandi Pannacchia,Emma long and Lauren Mauray I’m so grateful for the whole team for helping me.

  I worked with Nick and Lauren for securing my loan on the new construction. Right at the onset nick helped me with understanding the whole process and patiently explaining all the questions we had. Right through the process they were in touch with us at the right times and very responsive for questions. There is a lot of structure and professionalism in their operation and the documentation and paper work was also very thorough and clear. Thank you and i would definitely recommend their services.

  My experience with Homeowners Advantage was really wonderful. In 6 weeks I was able to close on my new home and with a great interest rate! My Mortgage Loan Officer and Mortgage Loan Processor made sure that all paperwork was processed on time. The Homeowners Advantage team communicated clearly telling me where we were in the homebuying process. They listened, answered all my questions and made sure that all my concerns were addressed right away.
