  I contacted Frank Merhi of Homecision about refinancing our reverse mortgage. He was not only responsive but also professional and a real pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction, always returned my calls in a timely manner, was very personable, and helped us secure the refinance we had hoped for. Frank Merhi always represented his company with integrity and honesty. I found the process easy, in spite of a lot of paperwork required in every such significant financial transaction, and twice we had a professional come to our home to help us with the application process and also conduct the actual closing. In summary, I highly recommend Homecision if anyone has an interest in a reverse mortgage or a reverse mortgage refinance. I have already recommended Homecision to friends who are now working with Frank Merhi and Homecision to secure their own reverse mortgage refinance. In this world of highly questionable ethics and deals too good to be true, Homecision is a breath of fresh air!

  I worked with Frank Merhi to refinance my reverse mortgage. He was completely honest and gave me great advice, guided me along and was professional and very personable. I'd highly recommend him and will use him again if the opportunity arises.

  Frank Merihi with PSI Lending cold called me offering me the advantages of using PSI Lending for my reverse mortgage. At first I was not interested because I had already used AAG (never again). Frank's team was awesome to work with; and, if I had not decided to go with his firm, I would have never discovered that AAG did my reverse mortgage without receiving a clear title to my home. That was unbelievable to me; and, if I had died without a clear title to my home, my estate executor would have had to hire someone and paid tons of cash to obtain a clear title. If you are considering obtaining a reverse mortgage on your home, I highly recommend PPI Lending, Frank Merihi, and his team. You will be totally satisfied.

  I am reviewing Homecision on behalf of my parents, as they're not super tech-savvy but they really want to share their experience, as they are incredibly happy with the results. Homecision powered by PSI Lending closed my parents' forward refinance mortgage in January of 2021. During a time in the mortgage industry when things were crazy and many lenders were telling them they would need 90-120 days to close their rate and term refinance, Homecision was able to close their loan in less than 30 days and without an appraisal! They are incredibly grateful for the smooth and easy mortgage loan origination and processing experience, and they're beyond excited about the nearly $500 they are now saving each month due.   Where do I begin?! I was introduced to Dustin and his amazing team the week of thanksgiving. My lender didn’t answer the phone and my agent Dechella set me up with Dustin and from the moment he introduced himself, I knew it was meant to be. He helped me night and day, answered all of my questions and eased my concerns. What a breath of fresh air. My deal almost fell through twice but he did it! He freakin did it! He put me and my children in our first home right before Christmas!!! I’ve never met him but his energy is amazing and I just want to say thank you so much for giving me something I didn’t think was achievable! You’re truly a gem!!!!

  Working at Homecision had brought nothing but value to my life. Working here is a career not just a job. It was such a drastic change from every other position I've had. Nothing but positive things to say about the company and people. Everyone here is like family and they treat everybody equally while maintaining professional standards. The opportunity for advancement is second to none because they only look to promote from within. Working here I have gathered so much knowledge I had thought was unattainable without schooling but everybody has been extremely helpful with helping me learn and achieve my short-term and long-term goals.
