  Mortgage Mark came highly recommended and they were helpful until they ran my credit without speaking with me first. When they decided they couldn't qualify me for the loan amount I stated on my application, I asked for guidance on other loan products they offered and what amount was possible to be approved for. They stopped answering the phone, returning phone calls, and haven't responded to my last 2 emails. Michelle Kubitz was the loan officer I was working with and she didn't seem to know much to counsel me anyway. I emailed Sarah Hutcheson to let her know what happened and no response from her either. If you're looking for a lender to help you navigate your options, don't look here. I was interested in the 203K loan with them. You need a lender that is responsive when you're wanting to use that loan so this is a big red flag.

  Although our process isn't complete yet, Mark's team has been phenomenal to work with. There have been times of overwhelming anxiety and Justin has been there to help the process every step of the way. I would suggest Homebridge to anyone!

  After working with Mark Pfeiffer and his team for the past 15 years, I still highly recommend them. They have done my personal home loans plus I am a REALTOR who recommends Mark Pfeiffer to my clients too. Mark's team is amazing and always gets the job done. They seem to work around the clock (especially Tamara - she is the BEST)!   Great personal touch from Mark and Tamara made this a pleasant experience. One of the best mortgage process I have been through. Even though we experienced a Pandemic, no drop-off in service occurred. Our experience with the Seller was most difficult, however Tamara made it worthwhile and kept a positive view. Great experience overall. HomeBridge did everything you would expect plus added benefit of helping navigate many unfortunate issues with Sellers.

  Everyone we worked with at the Homebridge team was very professional and knowledgeable. They were always willing to jump on a call and explain something and made sure we understood what was happening at different points in the process. As first time home buyers it was appreciated! We never heard that’s a different department or I can’t help you with that, everyone works as a team and made sure we got the information we needed to make sure the process went smoothly. Highly recommend HomeBridge!!

  Great until it was time to be great. Went with this lender because they were preferred by my builder and provided incentives. Because an employee didn't want to take an extra 10 min to process paperwork, my closing day was moved 3 days. They didn't tell me until less than 24 hrs before. Movers, utility servicing, alarm installation, flooring and paint contractors, all of it had to be cancelled. This cost me money and wasted my time scheduled off work. The worst part? Not one single apology or even a fake "I'm so sorry" to pretend they cared."Mortgage Mark" Pfieffer was contacted directly by the builder and refused to even acknowledge the matter. No response. TERRIBLE customer service. Save yourself the headache and find a different lender.

  Tamara was an absolute joy to work with and she made the whole experience such a walk through the park. She continued to check up on us while the house was being built and kept us entertain with stories of her family or her travels. We really felt the sincerity that she really wanted us to be able to close on our first home. Mark kept us entertain during the closing process, always giving us humorous remarks and keeping the energy upbeat. Their service to their clients, continuous support, response time, and sense of humor made this process a joy. We couldn’t have asked for a better first home buying experience.

  The process through HomeBridge was fantastic! I was fully aware of each step in the process thanks to the email updates and videos as each step completed. The team was very responsive in answering questions and guiding me through the process.   I had a great experience with Homebridge! This was my first time purchasing a home, and during a pandemic none the less! Mark was very knowledgeable, and had the best voicemail recording I've ever heard! Mark went out of his way to honor the interest rate that he quoted me, which was a HUGE deal!! That type of commitment to one’s word is hard to come by these days! The person I worked with the most was Tamara Podwalny. Tamara was awesome!! She was personable, I truly believed that she had my best interest in mind throughout the entire loan process. She always called me back in a timely manner. She had a clear explanation for any question I had. We share the same beliefs, which made me feel extremely comfortable with Homebridge. After Tamara I worked with Joel Standard. Even though he took the longest to call me back, I still had a good experience working with him. Overall, I am grateful for my experience with Homebridge and will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.
