  I like the way they handle our communications. The website where we manage the requirements is pretty easy to use. The people who handled my loan from different areas are very professional but very patient when talking and discussing stuff. Not only do they want my business but they also want a good relationship as a customer. I would recommend them.

  Greatest experience ever. My first home purchase was a nightmare. I explained that to Lisa and she reassured me from the beginning and throughout the whole process that every would be okay. She explained the process from start to finish. I could call or email her at any time with questions and she always answered and was so sweet (like a friend). She was very polite and I never got on her nerves. Between her and Nancy they have over 40 years of experience. They have an amazing Portal that tracks your status. It tells you everything from your file's current status to what the next step is and how many steps you have remaining. It's awesome. Jenelle played a major role as well as Lisa and Nancy. She was pleasant and patient throughout the process. She would answer any question I had no matter how many times I asked. Lol. Nancy was very knowledgeable and always met her timelines. If she said she was going to have it done by a certain date it was done. An AMAZING team. As matter of fact, they had me final approved two weeks early. They were a blessing in my life when I needed it. So busy dealing with elderly parents and life, they kept my stress level at a minimum. Fantastic job Brookhollow!!!! You guys are the BEST!   I have purchased 4 houses in my lifetime. This is the best deal I have ever made on a house. I know some of it is due to the COVID issue, but I attribute it to the efforts of the people we worked with as well. I know of no reason to dissuade anyone from using Brookhollow and in particular Melissa.

  Brookhollow Mortgage was wonderful to work with! Actually the best experience I have had on a mortgage to date. I was asked once for all my documentation, didn't get bombarded with all kinds of additional requests. We had to close on the house I was selling and the one we were purchasing on the same day, and it went off without a hitch! I couldn't be happier with Brookhollow Mortgage! I highly recommend them!

  Everyone with Brookehallow and Gehan homes were very helpful, attentive and prompt when it came out o answering questions. Melissa and Zoe were absolutely amazing when it comes to buy a new house again I’ll definitely be coming here again!

  Very quick pre-approval process. Extremely painful conditional approval and ready to close preparation. Despite both of us having impeccable credit and mortgage payment histories, the underwriter was "hung up" on how my wife was employed (remote employee) and how she was paid (by a subcontractor) 18 months ago. It led me to believe that they just wanted to find something wrong or request more details.. just to prove they could. As if the home buying process is not stressful enough during a pandemic. This company needs to work on customer service.

  Melissa was my LO and she was amazing. She did everything she could to get me into the home. It came down to me needing a new insurance company to get the deal funded before the holiday weekend and she stayed late until 8pm to get me my keys! Great experience with purchasing my first home before the age of 30!
