  I have been with this Credit Union since 1973 when it was Sun Oil Credit Union. Then it was Galleria Credit Union and now it is the one and only Prestige Credit Union. I have never had any problems with any of them and buying this car was handled in a most incredible way.Each and every employee cares and helps me in any way they can. With that said in this most recent transaction Carolina was fantastic They deserve more than 5 stars.

  I went to Prestige CU on Wednesday to cash a check I had received from one of their members. I was told I’d have to pay a fee to cash a check because I wasn’t a member. The fee was $571.00 just to cash a check. That is highway robbery. The only reason I went to the CU was to be able to cash a check where they could verify the funds in the account. I left and was told the manager would call me when she returned from lunch. I did receive a call and was told the maximum fee was going to be changed to $50.00. That in my opinion is still highway robbery. I will never do business with this Finacial institution.

  I’ve worked with Sammy, Fhonda, Jennifer, and Cynthia. The entire staff is excellent! I’ve never worked with a better group of lenders. They treated me as if they’ve known me my entire life, old school banking at its best!

  Just opened new account at prestige with Jeanie. She was amazing along with the rest of the Prestige staff. Jeanie gave me a thorough break down of all that the credit union has to offer. Looking forward to this being my new bank/ credit union home.

  This has been one of the best banks I have ever worked with. Everyone goes out of the way to answer help assist. I have personally worked with Denise M on multiple occasions. Whether I have a quick question or need assistance she has went out of her way to help me. Best customer service ever!

  First time member of a credit union. Signed up online, received a call from Jeanie shortly after, told me I was ready to go and she had my new debit card in hand whenever I wanted to pick it up. Jeanie heard me say my name as I arrived, came out and shook my hand. Answered all me questions, had me in and out in minutes then handed me off to Joe to talk about loans. He got me exactly what I needed and I walked out in a few more short minutes. Great experience with both Jeanie and Joe. Thank you!

  Great credit union with a small family owned type of feel. I have enjoyed my time here and look forward to being a long time member. They are up front and honest without being too pushy on options. Everyone has been nice from top to bottom. Thank you PCU.

  I had the pleasure of working with Jeanie this morning to open my first account at Prestige. She was mindful of my time schedule yet managed to explain all the benefits of being a Prestige member. I am looking forward to being a member knowing that I am in good hands.
