Lisa Harris5Chris in the wire transfer department is amazing. He assisted me for a few days with ongoing matters on my parents account. He was patient and worked with us until everything was resolved. Thank you Chris.

Mike Tijerina1Customer service is terrible. Drive thru is good. Most departments never answer it always goes to voicemail and then they don't return your call you have to call and call again. I deposit alot of checks thru a business account and had always used Seagoville and was in Rockwall one day so I deposited a check and was told they were putting a hold on it .....fine that's ok signed the papers and left . Later that day same bank called back and said they were gonna extend the hold on the check for longer I asked how much longer she said we don't know i asked you have no idea when funds will be available she said no the Seagoville location wants to extend it. So, called Seagoville Bank got the branch supervisors voicemail because they said that's who put the extension on it and crickets. So nobody knows how long or why, I have my house, travel trailer thru them and deposit between 10 to 15 thousand a month with not one single hiccup ever!! A person should be able to verify if the customers check is good or not within the 4 day hold they first gave me but to just end with that nope not having it. I will be moving my accounts

Jeremy Shawn1First time I ever opened a account with a speed freak. Lied just to get us to open a account. Then held my money hostage till the next day when we went and closed out the account. Have you ever seen a albino Ethiopian? She works here at this place if you want to.

RJ Gilmore1This is a terrible bank. I am highly upset with the service here. We woke up with some extra money in our account. We were confused. We are honest people and this was something that bothered us. So, my partner called and asked them about it. They said there were no pending charges, everything looked good and that the money was ours. This wasn't right. My partner let them know that. He was transferred to booking so that they could clarify what he was being told. My partner told them that he wasn't comfortable with having extra money in there and that he did not want this to bite us in the a$$ later on. They assured him that everything was fine. It was all ours. Still a little cautious, we waited for a bit. When the account didn't change, we thought, okay. If they messed up and are telling us it's okay... what do you think we would do? Well after getting confirmation that everything was fine and got the go ahead from the bank, we went and bought food for the house. This morning we woke up with a negative account. The first thing we did was call them. We were angry. This was exactly what we were trying to avoid. We spoke to the same people that we did they day before, and this time they got a little snarky with us. We get that we are the ones who spend money from our account. But it is not our fault we are negative because the bank messed up. All I wanted was for them to own up and they tried to blame us. This was why we called them in the first place! We didn't want this issue. I told them I don't play those games. The lady I talked to tested me though. She wasn't budging and while I admired her convictions, I was miffed. I feel like we got played by our own bank and now we are negative. Lesson learned. However, the bank refuses to understand the situation they put us in but that is fine. We will go with our gut feeling from now and never question it. We are closing our account and moving to another bank. Along with the new charges they add to the accounts etc. it will actually be a weight off our shoulders.

Princess Miranda1Drive thru customer service not friendly. All the ladies working in this drive thru do not welcome or say hello . Especially teller #00007. Someone needs to retain this staff. NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Chrissy Weeks1Super disappointed with Homebank, they went from a great small town bank that I have used for 10 years to one that is 10 times worse that all the large chains. Closing my account ASAP, and would not recommend to anyone.
