  Amazing.. Thor is the best, talked us through all the steps so we understood all options and explained things in a way that didn't go over our heads! Checked in with us throughout our house hunt and made sure we were covered and got the best rates in this crazy house market!   In January, my husband and I were in the process of purchasing and moving into our first home. We were moving across the country (last minute due to my husband being in the military) and I was pregnant, due in February. Safe to say it was a stressful time. Thor Chitow was amazing to work with and helped ease our minds so much! He was there every step of the way. He walked us through the whole mortgage and escrow process and as first time home buyers we had tons of questions. He was patient with us and always there. He also found us a great interest rate! We cannot recommend him enough and will happily use him again when purchasing our next home! 10/10 recommend and encourage anyone looking to buy a home in NC to use Thor Chitow for their mortgage needs!

  Thor did an awesome job at handling the mortgage process. Mortgage Thor also helped us out with an issues on the sale of our previous home that the purchaser’s team and our previous mortgage provider had no desire to help with. That issue could have costed us not only the sale of our home but the purchase of our new home. Thor took a proceed that was supposed to take up to 3-4 business days and got it done in less then 2 hours. We will most definitely use Mr. Chitow in the future. Thor is not just a great Broker Owner/Loan officer, he was an invaluable advocate for us when we truly needed it most.
