  Absolutely loved working with TJ. We were moving to the area from out-of-state and reached out to a few different lenders to see who we best vibed with. TJ is friendly, down to Earth, and knowledgeable. Given the market our search process was a little longer than anticipated. She did a great job of checking in and offering assistance every step of the way. Once we found a home her team was there and ready to roll! Would definitely recommend working with TJ and her team :)

  We had an excellent experience with Home Team Lending (our lender was Angell) on the purchase of our home in Greeley. They were fantastic about answering all of our questions, and we had many as 1st time home buyers. We never once felt pushed into a loan that was beyond our stated limits and original request. They even gave us this great notebook at the end of our closing summarizing everything and organizing all of our paperwork in a very user friendly form. The only thing they could do better is get an electronic signature program in place. Overall, we were very happy with the service, personalized customer attention and attention to detail. I would use this group again in the future.

Due to the crazy housing market right now I had to set my deadlines really tight and Angell and Home Team Lending worked hard to make sure I closed on time.
