  I had some fraudulent charges on my account way back in the day? which was taken care of but then I had it happened again a couple years after that of about $350, and HSB still reimbursed my money. However, they reimbursed me only after a very long court trial period and them basically saying that I was lying about buying Future Concert tickets in like Alabama. I have a job to pay my mortgage and there Was no way I was taking off to go to a state I’ve never been to to see a band I never listen to. So they agreed to finally give me my money back after I would sign a contract that said I would have to close my account and never have an account with them. Which is fine because other banks like chase would investigate the situation a lot faster and reimburse you without making you sound like a fraud. This bank is awful. I don’t understand the point of a local bank honestly.
