  Worst bank for online banking , I pay bills online with my account info and routing number but the bank doesn't pay the bill and causes its customers to incur late fees due to their incompetent online banking . I'm sick of this bank not paying when I pay my bills online, I have had to pay out hundreds of dollars due to FNBO not honoring the payment that is set up online. WORST BANK FOR ONLINE BANKING , NOT EVEN WORTH A HALF OF A STAR

  Super friendly, nice words, but inconsistent to help. No more time to waste playing your games, followed by the hard wall. I will pay the fees or whatever, close my account to get what ever of my money that I can get back. 30 years of loyalty mean nothing when banks get bought and sold and bought and sold.......

  Been a client for a few years with this location. Switched from BOA. I love this place because of the personal service. The employees greet by my first name. They have a great coffee machine. They have enough tellers I rarely wait. Their products are comparable but coupled with the personal service, this bank is unlike any experiences I've had. It's clear the management at this location wants employees who put the client first. Well done.

  Very outstanding service, the tellers are always very happy and friendly I've been with this bank since 1989. I would never give them up. I highly recommend them to everybody

  Its Thursday march 26 and its 4:23 p.m Website says they close at 5 p.m Drive thru says they close at 6 p.m And they are closed ...... I was told my card would take 6 business days.and its the 10th day and still nothing...i cant access my money and i cant even cash my check

  Not happy with the service of one of the ladies in the front. My daughter asked her for the restroom and the lady wasn't very polite!! I definitely don't want to go back to this location!!
