  Until I moved out of state I was a customer of Home State for 23 years. The single advantage of a small local bank is their desire to provide excellent service regardless of the nature of request. Whether it was a mortgage or opening a new savings account the service and response was excellent.

  I went through HSB to get my first mortgage. Nancy Howley is absolutely amazing. She made the process rather painless. She was always there to answer any questions I had and actually took the time to explain everything in detail. She really went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend her and HSB to anyone looking for a new bank or a mortgage consultant.

  Brad and Patricia in commercial lending is a 1-2 punch of word class proportions. This is what a “deal on a hand shake” feels like. They are simply the best. You don’t feel like you’ve just taken a number and now your waiting in line. The experience is front and center. Trust me, work with the ALL STAR ensemble at HSB. Thank me later👍🏾

  I recently switched to Home State Bank after being with a national (impersonal) bank chain for 25+ years. The best banking decision I ever made!! The process of opening new accounts was a breeze. Every member of the staff, from branch manager to the tellers are so friendly and helpful every time I have to do any banking - whether walk-in, drive-thru or on the phone. Thanks.
