  Bryan is awesome! I used him for my initial closing 1 1/2 years ago.He even recommended vendors to do work in my house and they were all great! I called him just to check to see if it made sense to refi, and within a couple days he had better rates for me and saved me a lot of money. He answered all my questions, even on the weekend. I signed my papers today. Now I have two months of no payments, lower monthly payments when they start, and lower total paid once loan is paid off. Thanks Bryan!!

  My wife and I just purchased our first home in many years. Bryan Reed was our loan officer and the transaction could not have gone better.   Overall we were very happy with our experience. Everything went very smoothly. The communication was transparent and extremely prompt. We were never left guessing about the status of our loan. Nearly all communication was electronic (email/text) which works out well for people who are busy. We would definitely use again or recommend to others.
