  Ken is amazing!!!!!! He helped me with every step of the way until I closed on my dream home! He is an expert in his field which gives you peace of mind. He is nice, friendly, and responds to your questions or concerns in timely manner. I could not have closed escrow on my new home without him. I plan to use him in the future as well as tell family and friends what a great experience I had.

  I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to note how my experience with Ken has been so positive and smooth. I worked with Ken on a home loan and a refinance, and both experiences, from beginning to end, exceeded my expectations. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about Ken. Definitely a 5 Star rating!

  Ken was absolutely amazing during this roller coaster ride of refinancing. Any problems I had he took control. He RETURNED my calls promptly and cleared up any questions I had. I highly recommend him and would use him again.

  My refinance was supposedly very tricky. I had other loan brokers look at it but they were not able to do it for me. I cannot express how seamless Ken made this entire situation. To be honest, I’m a bit shocked that it’s over. He’s beyond professional, he responds extremely quickly. He knows what he is doing and is very wise with his suggestions. I am one of those people who ask a million questions.🙃. He always took the time to explain everything and anything to me with unbelievable patience. But most importantly, Ken is honest. He will let you know exactly where you stand and best next steps.

This was my first time buying a home and he was so professional and patient with me in explaining all the things aI had questions about. He was very responsive to my calls and made this process very easy for me. I would definitely refer anyone buying a home to him for all your home buying finance needs.   We were referred to Ken by my husband's cousin. Ken had helped his daughter find and finance her first home, and we in turn recommended him to our son. Ken guided our son through the entire process of buying a home in a "seller's market". He was able to obtain financing at a better rate than the "special low rate" offered by both the bank and investment company with which we had long term relationships. In all our interactions, we found Ken to be professional and responsive to our needs and concerns.

  Ken Pruitt was THE BEST! My wife and I had been discussing the possibility of refinancing our home loan to a lower rate and we decided to reach out to Ken for advice. We had heard from a mutual friend that Ken lived and breathed this stuff and that he would be a great resource to answer any questions we had. They were RIGHT! He was able to explain the process in very simple terms and walk us through the multitude of options ultimately guiding us to the decision that was best for us and our family. This was not our first time refinancing our home but it was the first time that I had someone take the time to explain everything to me and really show me what my options were. Ken cares about his clients and there is no one I would rather work with in the future after my first experience with Mr. Pruitt. Thoughtful, communicative, flexible and supportive. He made it super easy and no we are not related! Hahahahaha.

  Ken was highly professional, knowledgeable and responsive. This is the second time that we have used him for a refi. He kept us appraised throughout the entire process, which was easy and seamless. In fact, the process was very quick and we were able to do all our initial signatures via secure online services. When we had to sign the actual loan docs, the notary was on time and very professional. Ken also recommended other home insurance options for us that could save us a lot of money. We would recommend him to anyone that needs help with their mortgage.
