  Nick was exceptional. This was my first time buying a home in the USA. I am an immigrant living in the US 6 years which was always going to make my case challenging given the short credit history. Nick was able to help me increase my credit score, get an exceptional loan which was dependent on my type of work. Him and his team rapidly helped me secure the property of my dreams after it being listed for only three days which was extremely helpful getting into contract. Unfortunately out of Nicks control, there were delays with building permits. Nick jumped hoops & leaps to keep me with my amazing lock on my mortgage in place till I finally closed. He actively solved every problem I presented him with my unique financial situations. Throughout the whole process Nick was always available, supportive, attentive and diligent.   We feel very fortunate to have Nick as our mortgage expert for our first home purchase. Being that it is our first time buying a house, we were nervous about the whole process of loan application. But after meeting with Nick for the first time, his friendly nature and expertise put all our questions and concerns at ease and made the whole process really stress free. He was very responsive to our questions and always prompt with providing the preapproval letters with specific amount for our offers. Shortly after the preapproval, he pushed to get the application underwritten while we were checking out houses. Thanks to his proactiveness, we were able to close in just 15 days and this was one of the deciding factor in getting our offer accepted. He worked seamlessly with our agent and always made contact with the sellers' agents for all our offers to assure them of our loan status.   Nick and his staff were fantastic! Nick was on top of every aspect of the loan process, enabling us to close a week early. He and his staff were always helpful, even when we asked "inexperienced" questions. I would highly recommend Nick and will most definitely use him again if the need arises.
