  Anil helped me finance the purchase of a home as an investment property. I got a fantastic rate. The rate was so good that the other mortgage broker I got a second opinion from said it could not be right, and was sure that my “other” guy made a mistake. Nope. The rate was great and lawyers, real estate brokers and people at closing were all impressed at the low rate. Not only was the rate great, we were ready to close in under 4 weeks.
