  DO NOT USE THEIR ATM!! TOUCH SCREEN DOES NOT WORK AND IT WILL STEAL YOUR DEBIT CARD! THEN THEY SENT ME A NEW ONE AND CHARGED ME $30 FOR SHIPPING!! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE BANK OUT THERE CAN'T WAIT TO TRANSFER OVER TO A MORE LEGITIMATE BANK.

  Slow service via drive thru window and not to mention I sat in their office waiting for a while to speak with a rep. I was not approached and they seem to be understaffed. I left and no one even noticed. I've never had that experience with Chase.

  One mistake (overdrawn) in 30 years of checking and mortgage with them and they exploit it!! Came in the next morning and they say “we have to charge you an overdraft fee because you didn’t buy/have our overdraft protection”

  Unpolite, and they didnt help at all, every location I’ve gone I’ve had the best help and no issue but here they say no and its no, no help no guide no nothing will make sure not to stop when im in the area, as a contractor i cant be every time in the same location. So unfortunately if you are avoid this location they wont help you with your transactions.

  Worst customer services ordered checks two weeks ago never received asked to have them sent overnight no charge refused Peter couldn't care less found it funny horrible

  Stop by this branch cause it's close to work. Despite the fact I'm not here too often or with any regular pattern they always seem to recognize me. That goes a long way towards making repeat customers.

  Not at all polite in drive-thru service. Rep talked to customer in a degrading Manor after asking banking question. Wouldn't go here if I didn't live so close.
