David Phillips1Until today I have been a customer for 34 years. There service has slowly gotten worse n worse over the years (I think due to new corp policies and high turn over rate) but today was the last straw. They would not let me deposit a corp check for $10 that was signed over to me while I had that person who's check it originally was, with me with ID in hand. And they tried to tell me it's never been allowed. I explained to them that I have done it through them dozens of times in the last 22 yrs. Still refused to deposit a $10 check for me. This is how they treat a customer of over 30 years. Good bye n good riddance!

Andre Wolosewicz5I have been a customer of Abri for over 20 years now and part of the reason for staying that long is that their customer service is excellent and the best of any other bank I have ever used. In particular, I would like to call out Jamie Hogue and Kim Crossman for their support and professionalism helping my wife and I through a challenging refinance. I have no hesitation recommending Abri as the go-to for any mortgage and banking needs.

Danielle Howard1Very disappointed, went in expecting to get real help, ended up dealing with someone who was clueless and fumbling through information that was right in front of her. Turned out it was the manager of this credit union, Linda. I learned that if I ever need something i'll take the long trip and go to the Romeoville location. Avoid this branch.
