  I worked with Jeff on purchasing my home 16 years ago and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. So, when it came time for me to use a lender to refinance my current real estate portfolio this past February 2019, I knew there was only one person to call - Jeff Edwards. Jeff thinks outside the box of traditional lending and walks you through the different scenarios he could provide while explaining in detail what would be your best options. Refinancing can be a very stressful time in one’s life but Jeff and his team make the entire process enjoyable and you always feel they have your best interest in mind. There’s no better guy to go to for your lending needs than Jeff.

  There is no smarter, more skilled, thorough lender in the business. Jeff has the ability to think through a deal like no one I've ever encountered, thereby avoiding pitfalls and "unforeseen" issues. If Jeff cannot the loan, it cannot be gotten. I have been working with him for the 19 years that I've been selling real estate and I will continue to do so until one of us retires. On top of all that - he's a great guy.

  I highly recommend Jeff Edwards Group. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in obtaining a competitive mortgage for my new home, a line of credit for construction and then the re-fi effectively and efficiently. The set-up for the documents is extremely simple and more importantly secure. Also, when questions arose Jeff or his team were always available for questions and assistance in making each of my transactions smooth and stress free. Overall a great experience.
