  Working with Brent on my mortgage was so much easier than I anticipated. I am a first time home buyer so I didn’t know much about the process, but Brent and his team explained it to me and kept me informed the whole time. They also educated me on the CHFA Down Payment Assistance loan that I used for the purchase and I was able to buy with a very small down payment. I am happy to refer Brent and will work with him again for future mortgage needs.

  We started out with a different lending company before meeting Brent. Very glad we switched. Brent was upfront and honest about everything. It was intimidating being our first home purchase, but Brent and his team made it pretty easy. Brent explained the process of buying a home and followed everything he said without changing anything.   Brent is extremely knowledgeable in the mortgage business especially in down payment assessment programs and credit consultation. Brent stays up to date on what changes are going on. Brent offers classes to help keep up with continuing education. He has been quick to respond to my questions when I ask him. Brent is the person to go to!
