  I contacted Rachel and Leon in mid-December 2020 for a refinance quote and found their rates to be very competitive. Rachel and Leon handled my refinance with excellent customer service and professionalism. Although I was refinancing in the midst of the holidays, they were able to close my refinance in just a couple of weeks with everything handled remotely.   Leon is the absolute best. He has helped me with many loans personally and professionally. As a realtor, I send all my clients to him. I trust him and appreciate him being honest and trustworthy. He is great at explaining the process and communicating frequently. Ive been in the real estate business for over 30 years and worked with many banks, lending institutions and mortgage brokers. Leons service was Outstanding and in the top 1%. Leon provided Excellent communication, Extremely competitive pricing, and is one of the most honest and professional mortgage brokers I have ever met or worked with. We were clear to close the refi in 15 days ... WOW ...thats a record for me....! with a fantastic rate and very low costs. Outstanding Experience ..I will be contacting Leon for all my future real estate loans..

  Hats off to the best loan officer I have ever worked with, Ryan Greenhalgh. Ryan was very professional, knowledgeable, and so generous with his time. Always there to answer my questions even on weekends. This was my first refi and I was completely amazed at how easy it went through all because of Ryan's help. I could not ask for more and I am highly recommending him to my relatives and friends.
