  Timothy Johnson and his entire staff are extremely helpful and professional!!! I appreciate Tim’s amazing attitude and willingness to assist even though I usually bank at the Bullard branch, he does not hesitate to assist or answer a quick question!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

  They are A TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!! Made my account go over $200 overdrawn because I couldn’t use my checking account for several months and they were charging every month I couldn’t use it. My husband and I went into the store on Rice Road because the branch closed at four, we just got married and I was trying to put him on my account before we leave the country for our honeymoon and a few days. They had major attitude‘s and we’re extremely unprofessional.... they insisted that my US passport and my drivers license, as well as my marriage license wasn’t enough ID to change the last name on my account. They wrote off my checking account to collections just in fees alone because I couldn’t afford to put money in the checking account for a few months that should be completely illegal, To Keep taking money when you’re not spending any.... my husband is closing his account and we are taking our business elsewhere. Worst company ever. Extremely rude. And embarrassed us in front of other customers.

  My experience with this bank is terrible. First of all, I am a Veteran. And when I went into the bank they were so nice. They had me going. Then I saw that where most people get their checks on or before 3rd, Southside doesn't release funds until the NEXT business. They don't and won't tell you that your available balance doesn't matter. This is their special of saying eff you, and the overdraft is just that...a "privledge". They can and will take at any time they see fit. Just just fascist nazis. My light and phone bill were already authorized and they cut my overdraft resulting in charge backs and fees. Never choose this bank they laugh at you when u are hurting just ask Connie she is the one that is the queen and Eva Braun. This bank SUCKS!

  No smiling workers at all and if you don't have a checking account there when you cash a check they charge 10 dollars but no hello how can we help you or ok thanks for coming not one smile out of 5 workers it's like they don't care about there job there waiting to clock out and leave so sad
