  Eddie and his team were outstanding. From start to finish communication was excellent.   Eddie and Tommy are great to work with they go the extra mile which can make or break a real estate deal. I went through 2 other lenders who kept pulling my credit and lowered my score drastically, they worked with me and helped me to raise my score so I can get a conventional loan instead of a FHA. I wouldn't use anyone else .

  Eddie Rutledge and his team were exceptional in every aspect of my mortgage process. Eddie was referred to me by my realtor after my current lender failed to come through the day prior to my closing. Eddie called me at 8:00pm and was extremely compassionate about my situation, he immediately sent me a credit application and called me 7:30am the next morning with the items he needed from me, he worked on my application all day and called me in the afternoon with an approval, Eddie was top notch, he saved me from loosing a home I absolutely loved and closed on the loan in less then three weeks. I would highly recommended Eddie and his team for all your home lending needs.

  Eddie and his team were there for me and can be there for you. Eddie and Tommy tirelessly answered questions through the whole process. While my loan was not completely unusual, there were a few details that were overlooked by the loan company - but not Eddie. He and his team were on it, fixed it, and made adjustments for future applicants. Very personable and responsive, Eddie and his team are a pleasure to work with.

They are hands-on at each step of the lending process. Eddie’s true talent is helping to save transactions when other lenders failed and helping buyers with complicated or challenging situations. Eddie is also an expert with VA loans and helping Veterans navigate the loan process.
