  What a great experience we had with Scott. Not only was he available to speak with us whenever we needed clarification on even the simplest of questions, but he got us a 2.99% interest rate. There was a very short window where that low rate was available and Scott's diligence paid off for us. Thanks again, Scott. We truly appreciate your hard work and absolute attention to detail. Not everyone will qualify for 2.99% on 30 year fixed but if the qualifications for the mortgage are right with FHA or VA we can offer rates that low as long as the mortgage market rates are low too.   There's a reason why AmeriBest is the best. This is my second time working with Scott Bray. I chose him again because he did such an awesome job the first time we used him for our home purchase in Vero Beach. He always made me feel like I was his only client even though it was the busiest time for him. Always available for any questions or explanations and very thorough. When we decided to buy in St. Augustine he was my first choice. The sellers wanted a quick turnaround and he was able to deliver. We closed in the record time of just two weeks! The rate was great and our closing costs were minimal. I was thrilled.
