  Nancy was absolutely amazing during this entire process. We have had multiple escrows and I had to use someone new because of buying out of state. I asked for a referral from my normal loan guy and he connected me with nancy. I am so grateful he did!!! This has absolutely been the best escrow experience we have ever been a part of. She has been professional and she has continued to be ahead of the game from day one. She has made herself available 7 days a week via text or phone. She has earned my business for life! I highly recommend!!!

  My husband and I have been wanting to put in an inground pool for quite sometime. We shopped around found the company we were going to use, the style of pool, made the drawings, got the permit forms printed. All we needed now was the cash. Previously, we had bought our house at a great time and we’ve built up a little bit of equity. So I found Nancy online to do a home refinance with cash out for a pool. Nancy and I talked for about an hour and a half, after I got out of work, when everyone else is closed, sorry Nancy lol. At the end of the call she said, ya know what…we can do the pool and everything will be great but I have to tell you, you both have a lot of debt and I think you should pay that off before you do anything else. We talked more about it and my husband and I decided she was totally right. Especially with the way the economy is right now! I knew I could trust her because she didn’t know me from anything, and all I was telling her was how much I wanted a pool. Odds were I would just say forget it and do something else, but she did what was right - not what would just giver her a check. And now in hindsight, I am soooo thankful I listened to her! With credit card interest rates rising like crazy, we don’t have to worry at all. End of the day, Nancy has helped our finances tremendously! I could not trust her more.

  I have used Nancy at Home Equity Mortgage twice over the past 5 years. She has been a great asset to me during the mortgage process. She has been wonderful at getting me the lowest rate and sought to save me money wherever she could. She has worked from her own vacation to make sure my documents were in line. She offers a personal touch to get everything prepared prior to closing with great communication. Years ago (2008) I had a negative experience with a large mortgage company who brought to closing some unknown surprises. With Nancy, I never had to worry about issues like that. Nancy kept me informed through every change during the process. The first time I became Nancy's client I was very impressed at how easy she made a difficult mortgage close. The second time I used Nancy was to eliminate PMI and achieve the lowest interest mortgage I have ever had. I can retire with the last mortgage she closed for me but if I ever need another mortgage she is my go to person. I recommend her to anyone!

  Nancy was such a big help! I had never bought or refinanced a house before but Nancy was there to guide us through the entire process with our initial buy then the refinancing. She was always happy to answer any questions and helped us get a good rate.

  We were moving to another city across the state and had a lot of things to juggle. Nancy took care of all of the mortgage details, dates, and coordination efforts to make our transition seamless.
