  This place doesn't cash its own checks they give to they're own members,my grandfather a retired command sgt major, and I'm a vet myself,wrote me a check for Christmas,I went in to cash it because the branch is close and the manager told me they don't cash they're own checks,and that's they're policy,,when I asked why that was?she said "everyone was doing that now in banking"..this place should be ashamed of itself, if could give zero stars I could.

  Just love the fast service that they have. You go in do whatever that is needed to be done with and if you need help with something, they will literally take care of that problem that you needed their help with and that's that. Your good and done with. Out you go to a new daily tasks. That's why I am a fan of this bank. I still remember the first time I came to this bank to open an account it was so fast and easy to go through with it. I just gave them all that is needed to get an account to open under my name and I only have to put down 5$, and that was it. The best part through the whole process was putting only $5 down to hold and open the account. That is better then most other banks. Some banks required you to put the hold account money of up 50$ or more just to open an account with them. Because of that, I have rank this bank 5 star+plus.

  Great credit Union. Small location, but never very busy. I've never had to wait long here, and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Been a member of hiway since I was a kid, recently staying doing all my banking here, and I have been very pleased with the service.

  Great place to do banking. Friendly, courteous and very helpful staff. For once a bank that doesn't go out its way to screw you but instead looks out for you, works for/with you and your best interests. Provides you with a full explanation and gives all pertinent information when opening an account. Notifies you of any suspicious activity. Easy to use online banking and paperless statements. Informs you of any news and offers. Never took out a loan but have heard it is quite a painless process. Easily accessible and available tellers. No long lines. Several open drive thru lanes. ATM on location. Open 9-5, M-F and 9-12 on Saturdays. Best bank/credit union around.

  One of the very few small, friendly, personable business out there. Been banking since was at the VA under the Fort Snelling name. Always great service.

  Very friendly. They have full services too, that I would not expect in a smaller institution like Medallion Guarantee. Also like that I can get there on the Lightrail

  I finally paid a visit to the mpls branch because the main one is closed on weekends. This one is of course smaller, but convenient for those who live in the area.
