      It’s been over a month and a half since I applied for an SBA loan here with Kevin & Rita. I’ve been calling and sending them emails and have had no response whatsoever! Closed my account and canceled my application. You can take your business elsewhere.

      Went to open a checking account and withdraw cash. All the folks that helped were friendly and helpful. I was in and out with my cash and a checking account in under an hour. Very pleased!!!

      On a credit card offer they promised $200 if I would spend $2000 in three months, so I got the card on Oct 4th and activated it the same day. I wanted to make sure that the "clock" started that day, so I called them up and lo and behold, they started it the day I was accepted for credit, 9/25. Not only that, the 90 days would be over 12/23. This means that I effectively would have 22 days less than the 3 months advertised to make the charges. Extremely fraudulent and I am now going to our Attorney General here in Minnesota to see if they want to pursue it. I hope they will. By the way, I clipped the card!!!

      Tried to get a cash advance but they had me waiting 25 min and no one knew the policy after calling 6 different people to find out plus 5 workers at the bank

      I am banking with the branch for almost 10 years now. I am sorry to see that they are getting hit so hard by the pandemic and hope others will understand that many businesses are going through a very rough time right now. Adjusting to this times is hard and it is changing everyday. Please support them so they can do support us! Just as a small request!       Had to call their regarding a 400$ fraudulent charge on my account. It was three minutes to 5 and they were rushing me off the phone. They did not attempt to stop any of my debit cards then became irritated that I was getting upset that they were trying to rush me off the phone. They then tried to give me another phone number to call because they were closing. When I went to get a pen I pulled the phone away and when I return to the phone to get the phone number the lady (Roxy?) hung up the phone on me. And of course it was 501. Garbage employees.

      Great location with great people. The branch manager Kevin goes above and beyond for every client. The tellers there are amazing. If you go say hi to them! Everyone is extremely friendly. Free caribou coffee in the lobby everyday!!!! Stop by do your banking and read the newspaper! I HIGHLY suggest this place!!! 5/5 stars!

      Terrible. I went there to cash my payroll check from my second job as a contracted therapist. I didn’t have time to drive to my credit union and My direct deposit wasn’t set up yet. My payroll check was issued by BMO Harris and this location is a mile from my house. I had cashed my previous check without an account there at the Richfield location. They were friendly kind and quick. This location however was the exact opposite. The teller had to ask the manager a question about my check so he came over totally ignored the question and started helping other people. I stood there for 25 minutes being completely ignored. She also started helping other people. So I am standing there feeling super uncomfortable for 25 minutes. She finally asks him at 456 pm and he tells her she needs to call and verify. She tells me “ I have to call and verify if they are even there” then she calls leaves a message and tells me “ you can just go to the Richfield location since they might know you. Or you can wait to see if they call but they are probably closed” I have never been so poorly treated. Then she asks me if I want to open an account. Lol the worst part is after I had went to the other location prior to this. I actually was considering opening an account and possibly getting a loan with them that day. Nope no way. If that’s how they treat people I want nothing to do with them.

      I overall have good experiences here. Just like any place there can be turn over so they have new staff a bit more often. When I do have issues I get helped properly and don't think I've ever waited more than 10 minutes to be helped by a Banker if I need to change something on my account. This is still much quicker then when I banked thru WF or TCF. Overall a perdy good and typical bank.

      They were incredibly frustrating from the Teller to the Bank Manager all the while telling me that they go to the extreme for their customers.... seriously, how are you frustrating me yet expecting me to be grateful. The Manager is not at all interested in serving customers, he insisted on treating me like he was doing me this incredible favor when he was barely doing his job.
