  My taxes were completed very quickly. I dropped them off on my way through town when I came back through town a couple of days later my taxes were completed,e-filed and ready to be picked up. Thank you Wendy and the friendly staff at Hilltop Tax Service you people are great.

  Wasted my time to have them do the exact same thing I had already done online and to tell me the same thing the tax software said (which I was upfront with from the star). Such a waste of time and still haven’t received my refund. They are actually calling me for money for whatever they did. I had to go into the IRS office to fix my taxes myself. They’ve done nothing except what I could have done myself. I was trying to support a local business and this is what you get. I feel completely scammed and am disabled.

  I've been bringing my taxes to Lisa at Hilltop tax for 7-8 years now and she is always very professional and accommodating at a great price (even if you have multiple papers to file). I highly recommend her to anyone who struggles with their taxes because she makes it very easy. Plus if you keep filling with her she shows you exactly how your taxes differ from year to year. I found this very helpful for showing my boss that they made a mistake on my W2 this year. No matter how you look at it if you file with Hilltop tax your getting your moneys worth. Thanks Lisa

  I was especially pleased at the speed and accuracy of the services I received from hilltop..I utilize a program that keeps track of attendance and tardiness And it is well received by employers and employees alike at my corporation. I also utilize the payroll and accounting departments. Accuracy and speed are always encouraged but it is also expected of ALL employees to have prior training in customer service AND or DE-ESCALATION.I believe that they are A FULL SERVICE protector and financial advisors, who will treat you and your belongings as if the client was your relative. 5 stars.

  Terri was amazing and super knowledgeable. She was able to amend my last year's taxes that were done poorly and get me a refund there as well as this year. Super happy with her work! Very friendly staff and quick turnaround time. I will definitely be going back next year.

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I'm a small business owner, and due to Hilltop repeatedly missing deadlines for filing taxes, reports, etc with the IRS, I have been fined repeatedly by the IRS. They show no remorse, and despite being fined, they are still charging us for their services, which are now discontinued. Additionally, they refuse to pay the fines imposed by the IRS, even in part, despite it being entirely their fault. We trusted them and they failed us, which cost us money, time, and a huge hassle with the IRS. Look elsewhere if unless you want to run the risk of being fined by the IRS.

  The folks here at Hilltop Tax Service are top notch. Very friendly and helpful during the busy tax season. Didn’t hesitate to take the time to answer my questions about my newly formed LLC. I will be coming back here for my future tax and bookeeping needs!

  Friendly, convenient, professional and timely. Even though I have simple taxes to file, I needed help identifying an issue after I retired from the military; I will use them now for the foreseeable future.
