      This bank has been going down hill. I reported i was going leave for the philipines and my card might be a few days late they said ok i get back and they closed my account horrible bank time to leave after 20 years then they call me and said they want a payment i told them i would rather deal with a collection agency then those crooks

      They stole $150 from me I paid my account in full but they never closed it so I got late fees and interest and back up it went. The worst costumer service out of any business I have ever had to deal with. To get them to do anything is like impossible. They will take your moneys they do that well.

      Wrote a review this week - it must have been lost! US Bank has closed 2 branches in Oregon City & Gladstone. The Hill Top branch has a drive up window with spots for two tellers - not sure why because they never have two tellers working the windows. I’ve been a US Bank customer for 46 years and will not tolerate US Banks position of getting away with their intolerable service and lack of respect for their customers. US Bank has used the COVID as an excuse to close down branches and give their customers less and less service. Not sure, however surprisingly enough I’ve still needed the same service as before, however US Bank has provided ALL customers less and less service. I’ve been in the two car lanes outside with around 10 + cars - when I get up to the window sure enough there is only one employee at the two person window! I’ve gone inside the branch several times with numerous (once eight) people waiting and one person behind the counter and two employees sitting at desks doing who knows what. US Banks spends thousands advertising on the PGA Pro tour on TV - we are indirectly paying for those ads and the service we receive is toiletville!

      Don't go here if you're in a hurry. I was the only person in line waiting patiently for 10 minutes before I walked out. Two tellers were working. One was showing a customer every feature imaginable on the US Bank iPhone application, the other chatting away with a customer. At some point you would think they might care to take care of someone actually trying to do some banking. Next time I will just use the ATM to deposit my check then pull cash out.

      Girl at drive thru very rude she wouldn't cash my child support check even though no one was behind or at all in the Drive-Thru Lane. Said i had to come inside to cash it. my daughter was sleeping and isn't feeling well other US Banks cash those checks in the Drive-Thru so I don't understand what they have going on here will definitely not be banking with them go to Chase lol.

      I had a 2 business accounts and 2 personal accounts there for 23 years. The service went from great to the absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with. They are extremely rude and short! I closed my 4 accounts and moved 3 of them to Wells Fargo and 1 to Clackamas Federal Credit Union. They both have treated me with the utmost professional and friendly service. US Bank use to be the same way. To bad! I recommend you find another bank to take you business to!

      I have been a US Bank customer for years and all of the tellers at hilltop branch Oregon city have always been amazing. A few months ago they had management changes and the new manager Jen has definitely created turmoil within the branch you can just Tell the employees are not comfortable when she is present. You can just feel the tension in the air. The interactions between her and staff that I have seen have been very curt and on two occasions she has helped me and made me feel like I was imposing. I wouldHate to see this new management ruin the stellar reputation the rest of the staff and the previous management of this branch have. Hopefully someone will reevaluate her placement in Oregon city

      I HATE this branch! Never do they go above and beyond to help me out! I always have problems here & lately the staff has been changing like crazy! I haven't seen the same face twice in awhile! The manager is rude and unhelpful! Wells Fargo will be getting my business from now on. Keybank already has my savings and they are amazing!!
