  The Hill Team is absolutely awesome. Made the entire home buying process so simple and easy! I would absolutely recommend the Hill Team. They are very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I felt super confident going into the home buying process with the Hill Team in my corner. They have so much knowledge and experience in the business, and always put my needs first. I am a first time home buyer, and Scott sat me down and walked me through the whole process. He and Lisa checked out my finances and thoroughly explained what type of home I can be looking at. Any time I had any questions, Scott would shoot over a very detailed video that drew out all possibilities for me. I would DEFINITELY recommend this dream team to all friends and family.

  Absolutely amazing. They make the home purchasing and refinancing process SO simple and easy. I really appreciate Scott's videos that breakdown exactly what will be happening with your process. Lisa is incredibly helpful and makes herself available at getting all of the required documentation needed to make your loans happen! There is no one else that I would trust with my financial needs.

  My wife and I just recently refinanced our condo through the Hill Team at 24 HR Mortgage. It is fantastic one stop shopping that is fast, efficient, and saves money. We have only worked with Scott and Lisa, and they have always had a terrific plan in place that suits our needs. This time, we were not looking for any cash out, but rather to secure a lower interest rate to pay off our condo sooner. Scott and Lisa made it happen for us where our monthly mortgage is now $300 less. We can now use that savings to pay down our principal much quicker. We highly recommend the Hill Team. Even during a pandemic, Scott and Lisa continue to do an amazing job!

  Wow. I walked into home purchasing not knowing anything and I walked out knowing a little bit more than nothing LOL. But the point is that Scott and Lisa kept me informed, did the right amount of hand-holding that I needed, and most importantly made me feel safe and secure to move forward with the purchase/loan. Scott also recommended a great realtor. Hill Mortgage Inc came highly recommended and I'll be paying that recommendation forward. Thank you!

  The Hill Team is the best team! I would highly recommend the Hill Team. Scott and Lisa are so professional, knowledgeable and patient. This is my first time buying a property, I felt very nervous because I have no knowledge about property loan application, which kind of loan I should be getting for myself. The Hill Team spent a lot of time patiently teaching me a lot of the concept making sure I understand everything in the process. They always respond to my emails and messages very promptly. Without their help, my loan application and approval process won't be this smooth. They saved a lot of time and effort during my first property purchase process. Best best best team, I highly recommend the Hill Team!!!

  Updated review on 9/15/2021: This is my second re-financing experience with The Hill Team and suffice to say, no exception from my first mortgage and my first re-financing. Scott and Lisa give clear explanations of viable pathways for their clients' unique situations, provide around the clock support, and updates on what to expect under what timeline. Their understanding of loans is far-reaching but expressed in ways I can understand as a first-time homebuyer, and continual obliviousness to mortgage/loan processes. If you are in need of help with your mortgage or loan or re-financing, get connected to Scott and Lisa immediately. As soon as you reach out to them, you will have full confidence they have your back from A-Z and beyond Z. Occasionally, I still reach out to Scott and Lisa when I'm not in the middle of a re-finance to ask them a question about my mortgage (there have been several changes with service providers that I would get confused about various letters I get in the mail) and my questions always got answered, plus my fears and worries always were met with Scott and Lisa's reassuring responses. The Hill Team's client care is not just for the life cycle of your mortgage/re-finance, but for a lifetime. Original review: My real estate agent Craig Jelinek first introduced me to Scott Hill during Thanksgiving 2016. At the time, my job was not stable and my initial efforts to house-hunt had to be put on hold. Scott was transparent yet gentle and gave me a blueprint of what I needed to work on to achieve my goal of homeownership. Fast forward just less than three years later - in a better place in life, I reached out to Scott again and right away, he and Lisa guided me on what documents I needed to assemble and computed my affordability. Lisa's critical eye work like a fine-tooth comb and determined my gaps in documentation, so very quickly, I was able to close the loop. I also learned very quickly that Scott & Lisa work seamlessly with Craig #teamworkmakesthedreamwork My offer on a property was accepted on 9/25 and just twelve calendar days later, escrow closed. ***I am not a buyer that paid all-cash*** But if I did not have Scott and Lisa's leadership and guidance in my loan approval process, I would not have closed in twelve (12) days.   Searching for and buying a home in the bay area is a daunting task! Not with Scott and Lisa on your team. The Hill team made the process smooth and painless for us, and I felt very comfortable that they had our backs the whole way through. They are well connected and credible in the industry, quick to action, and most importantly, patient with all my questions and concerns.
