Quick and courteous every time I’ve been in, and never a long wait. Granted we do most of our banking online these days, but it’s still really nice to have a quick easy branch close to home if we need to talk to someone!

Inconvenient bank. The parking lot is a nightmare and is always torn up or under construction. The ATMs outside are usually out of order. You are better off going across town to the other location.

      Response from the owner

Hi, Myon. It's disappointing to hear that your experience wasn't at the level you expected, and we’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. Michael Manzo, branch manager has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. He is definitely in the wrong line of work. Not a people person and definitely showed no interest in maintaining our business with BofA. Basic customer service, introductions, greetings and willingness to help resolve our issue were non-existent. Felt very disrespected and as a result will never return to this branch.

Bank of America Class Action Lawsuit Needed - Hold on your deposits! For the past 8 years I have been depositing my paycheck from the same employer for roughly the same amount with no hold on my paychecks - starting this year about 6 months ago Bank of America started putting holds on my paychecks for 9 days with no valid reason - first they said it could be my bank history but after looking into it they said it wasn't me that I was a premier customer with the highest level rating and don't take it personal  - I've been a customer with BofA for 35+ years and have multiple accounts with them and never bounced a check in my life or deposited a check that came back NSF - they then said it could be my employers bank or his bank history - the same goes for my employer he has a stellar history with his bank - the Pleasanton BofA branch could give no clear answer or proof as to why my paychecks were on hold and this was just something I had to accept - today after the 4th hold on one of my checks I asked the Pleasanton BofA manager Michael Manzo if he could help - he said no and gave me several excuses as to why my paycheck was on hold neither of them valid - the first excuse was that it was the holidays and they had to be certain the check would clear - once again I explained the holds had been going on for 6 months so the holiday excuse did not work - then he came up with another lame reason that my account was on reset without even knowing my name or pulling up my account - I then asked if he could call someone that could help since he was unable or unwilling to help - he said no he didn't have time for it even though for the first time at this branch their was no customers in line and only one other customer in the bank that was already being helped by another bank representative (long lines at this branch are another issue) - BofA has gone severely down hill with customer service - if Michael Manzo can't help out a long time customer with customer service why is he employed - the real question is why is BofA holding onto my money for 9 days - I assume they are putting holds on other peoples paychecks with no valid reason and I assume this is just one more way the bank can make more interest on your money while we the customer are without access to our money to live our lives and pay bills - I guess it comes down to BofA not caring anymore and greed has taken over! How many other customers don't have access to their money? A class action lawsuit is needed!

This location has been closed for almost 2 years now and if you have a safe deposit box, it is a pain to gain access to it....

Dont waste your time and money with this bank. They obviously do not value your time. I wasted almost an hour waiting for a banker, just to be told to go back into the teller line. No thanks.

The staff at this branch are very supportive and give you the feeling they feel accountably rather than responsibility. I, as a customer, respect them a lot.

Very slow. I visit once a month and can spend up to 20 minutes waiting in the line. Not enough staff! Too many managers!
