  The customer service is great, but the used Chevy Malibu I purchased there, has caused me more problems than any vehicle I've ever owned. Luckily I have a warranty, but still expensive considering how many times its been in the shop in the year I've had it. It's in the shop as we speak.

  We just moved to the area and have taken both of our Ford vehicles to Hilbish Ford. Josh Stancil is a great service advisor to work with and we are very happy with both experiences. .   Had Great Service with Jim WIlson in the Service dept. He got both my cars in and out without and appointment. Jim kept informed and updated during the service. I would recommend Jim Wilson as your Ford Service guy!

  Keith is an amazing salesman to deal with! He posted their used srt8 charger they had for sale on craigslist and I got in contact with him on the phone. Anything I asked for, he got the information immediately. I asked him to take a walk around video, and within 15 minutes I had a great video of the car. I found my own financing and they didn’t pressure me into trying their financing. When I finally arrived at the dealer two days after we originally spoke, my wife and I were greeted immediately by Keith and Aaron, and as soon as we got there, the car was ready to go for a test drive and we hopped right in. After we got back, we filled out some paperwork which I had signed and it was off to the final stages for the final pieces of paperwork. At that point, I noticed a puddle under the car and upon further inspection i found it to be an oil leak. I brought it to Keith’s attention and he immediately jumped into action and brought it into the shop (while they were leaving mind you) and had them find the cause (oil pan gasket seal). 10 minutes later Keith approaches me and says he will have the oil leak repaired, and they will deliver it to my house since I drove over an hour to the dealership!!!! Talk about service!!!! Only flaw in the whole process was the (finance manager I guess??). He didn’t make an effort to greet or say hello, and was very uptight. Nevertheless, my overall experience with the dealership and Keith was amazing, and when I have enough money to pay off the negative equity in my Chevy Cruze, I’ll be back to buy from them again and again!!

  Staff is very uninviting. They look like I am bothering them whenever I drop off my Mustang. Technicians are nicer than the people that receive you. They get the job done but need a lesson in customer service.

  We purchased a 2017 Escape with the service deal. Getting the oil changed and tires rotated is a snap. Same day drop off or leave over night and they call before noon.. Always easy in easy out.

  Really friendly, and somewhat helpful. Bought a F250 6 months ago and then in for 5K service last week I did ask them for help with an issue I had with 12 volt service passing to my travel trailer hookup.no 12v power to my hitch jack. They conclude truck connections were fine. After research and yes read the 20 page manual section on towing to find out there's a menu kind of hidden on the screen for trailer set-up. And because of defauts the truck and trailer were not fully communicating. OK my fault but sure would have been nice if I new that at the time of sale or service. my ford friends had no clue as evidently this feature TRC or TRD is something new.
