  Door and google state 9 am opening time. Was not open til 10, and drive through only. Was informed they could not accept foreign currancy, despite them being able to last week. What is the purpose of having a branch, and not just 5 ATMs, if you can open or close an account, deposit currancy, get a loan or morgage?

  Tired of the constant changes in operating hours. Now I have to wait in a very long line at another branch. I hate Bank of America!!! Can’t wait to yank my accounts out!! New Update: This place never surprises me!! Friday afternoon and website says lobby is open. It’s not. Only one drive thru teller. Bank of America is just awful. Just need to finish paying off my car and get out of using them ever again.

  Horrible customer experience the banks is usually closed when I and they just don't look out for the customer. It's always on their terms and then they're convenience.

  I WISH I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE WENT TO DEPOSIT MONEY IN ATM DURING BUSINESS HOURS ATM MALFUNCTIONED ATE MY MONEY AND NOW GETTING RUNAROUND THIS WAS BILL MONEY MIND U AND THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS IM GETTING PUNISHED FOR THEIR MACHINE MALFUNCTION BEYOND A JOKE DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKERS COULD’VE WENT AND SOLVED THIS QUICK

  This branch is rarely open. The line at the window is wayyyyy too long. They need to take some pointers from chic filet on how to run a drive thru line. Comment to workers in bank. Your not getting food together your dealing with money which should be your specialty. Why does it take you sooo long? There is only one drive thru so they are slow as molasses. I will probably explore another bank just because this is the bank I deal with this branch and they are awful.

  Bank is never open anymore for a walk in customer that needs to make deposits if u need an open bank find another bank as bank of America doesn't care to open their branches. This brank is only open tuesdays and Thursdays and you are lucky if it is open on those days. I went to bank of America for a bank that was open Saturday now i guess I have to find another bank to bank with. I

  Saw some of the other negative reviews on here and I do not doubt the experiences they had that prompted them to write. However I would like to give credit where credit is due. I had the occasion to have been helped by Mr Undra Perry, who was most courteous, personable and helpful. He has a very can do attitude and went out of his way to assist me. The manager Cory or Cody was most helpful as well. Mr. Perry is an asset to BOA and I hope others will have the same pleasant experience at this location instead of the bad experiences that some folks have had previously. Keep up the good work Mr Perry!

  Why is this branch never open? I’ve been trying to deposit money for over two weeks. I am not waiting 30 minutes in a line at another beach. I will change my review if it returns to regular business hours.

  Absolutely no one in the branch but everyone is too lazy to answer the phone. Yet they wonder why customers come in with Attitudes. It’s because I had to leave what I was doing to simply ask a banking questions since you ignored the phone ringing and continued to be lazy worthless employees.

  Bank of America is a joke! I opened a business account with them and was told my funds would be available the next business day. I called the 800 number to check my balance and it said my balance wouldn’t be available for another 10 days!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this bank for anything!!!! They don’t do anything but lie and make excuses
