  Arrowhead makes my last bank look like a ghetto bank compared to the V I P treatment I receive from Arrowhead. STELLAR service. The Upland Branch has found a way to accommodate me in every way, and I have never received better service from any other business ANYWHERE!

  I’ve only been to this branch twice and each time I was helped by a woman named Brandi. Honestly such a pure genuine soul. It was a pleasure meeting you and being helped by you. This woman deserves a promotion!ASAP

  Great Bank to open an account with. Zulima was our helper and she was very kind and friendly. Helped us to make an affordable savings goal. I highly recommend a union bank if you would like to transfer money with no cost union to union.

  It's a good credit union, a very difficult to get a hold of somebody on the phone if you need assistance with anything outside of the building.

  Service is terrible here they will continually tell you just a few minutes as you watch the hours go by with no help whatsoever. I am so upset with this place never have I ever had to wait for help in a bank that long idk I liked Arrowhead Credit Union before but this office has me considering other banks now. Smh 😡

  Horrible customer service.. me and my husband went in there to open a check account and the person who was helping us didn’t care about her job she was very rude I will not be going back there.
