Our sales counselor (Nelli) and project manager (Ashton) are top notch. Our home is beautiful and Highland has delivered all of their promises. Highly recommend!!

Jan Bichler5This review is more for our sales person Caren Gualandi. She is the best sales person my husband I have ever worked with and this is our 3rd house to build. She answered all texts, emails and phone calls within a couple of hours, even on her day off or late at night. She got us answers to questions on pricing, special requests, etc. when no one else was responding to our emails. She sent us a progress photo of our new home every Friday as we currently live several hours away. She has gone over an above what any sales person has ever done for us before. Our home is just in the beginning stages of being built, so all the credit, so far, goes to Caren. We would NOT be building a Highland Home if she hadn't been so wonderful to work with, she gave us the confidence to build with HH.
