  Danielle with High Crest loans came highly recommended. There were multiple hurdles presented during our particular refinancing (of which were secondary to a global pandemic.) Danielle went above and beyond in order to insure that we were able to close. She stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. I cannot even begin to describe how personal and attentive she was ! We highly recommend using Danielle with Highcrest Loans to help broker your next loan. Hands down , 5 stars, best experience .

  Confident, Knowledgable and Efficient are the words I would use to describe Danielle Guzzardo at Highcrest Home Lending. Being a Realtor you need a loan officer that works well with you and your clients and Danielle does that. I have worked with Danielle for several years and I feel certain that she will guide my clients through the financing process with the greatest of ease to the closing table.   Danielle Guzzardo was without question the best part of my first home-buying experience. Her communication skills are unparalleled. She was able to get us an incredibly low rate. Danielle is extremely knowledgeable about the lending industry, and the application, underwriting, and closing were smooth due to her efforts. She assisted us tremendously by coordinating with the relators and lenders involved in the buying and selling of two properties involved in our transaction. I cannot recommend Danielle enough!!

Communication was great as she was always available for any questions that came up and followed up every to-do item with an email so nothing was misinterpreted. From pre-approval to closing I was kept informed and ultimately closed without any unexpected delays.
